By joining and participating in our online course, consulting, and community you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

In-Person Training, Travel, & Media Release

1. Student Travel & Expense Disclaimer: Stupid Happy LLC (dba Stupid Smart University) provides the training curriculum, materials, and designated venue for the in-person training portion of the course. Stupid Happy LLC is not responsible for, nor will it reimburse, any travel-related costs incurred by the student. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Airfare, train, or car rental fees.

  • Hotel or lodging accommodations.

  • Meals, beverages, and incidental expenses. Students are encouraged to book refundable travel options or purchase independent travel insurance to protect their investment.

2. Cancellation, No-Shows, & Overhead Liability: The student acknowledges that Stupid Happy LLC incurs significant, non-refundable upfront costs to facilitate in-person training (e.g., venue rentals, professional media crews, and live models).

  • Notice Requirement: If a student cancels or requests to reschedule their in-person training date, they must provide written notice at least [14] days prior to the scheduled date.

  • Liability: Failure to provide timely notice or failure to appear ("No-Show") will result in the forfeiture of the portion of tuition allocated to the in-person session. Stupid Happy LLC reserves the right to charge a "Rescheduling Fee" to cover the duplicated overhead of venue and staff for any future date.

3. Media Release & Content Ownership: By participating in the training, the student grants Stupid Happy LLC an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to capture and use their image, likeness, and voice.

  • Marketing Usage: Stupid Happy LLC may use any photos or videos captured during the event for social media, website content, advertisements, and future educational materials.

  • Ownership: All media captured by Stupid Happy LLC or its hired contractors is the exclusive property of Stupid Happy LLC. The student waives the right to inspect or approve the finished content.

  • Professional Conduct: Students may be photographed while performing spray tan services on models or receiving services. All "before and after" media remains the property of Stupid Happy LLC for marketing purposes.

4. Force Majeure (Unforeseeable Events): In the event that the in-person training must be cancelled or postponed by Stupid Happy LLC due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., extreme weather, venue closure, or "Acts of God"), Stupid Happy LLC’s liability is limited solely to the rescheduling of the training date. Stupid Happy LLC will not be liable for any lost travel bookings or change fees incurred by the student.

 

1. Acceptable Content

  • Appropriate Content: All photos and media shared within our community must adhere to our content guidelines. Specifically:
  • No Full Nudity: Photos containing full nudity or explicit content are strictly prohibited. We strive to maintain a respectful and professional environment for all members.
  • No Minors: No photos are to be posted of anyone one under the age of 18.
  • Respectful Sharing: Content shared should be appropriate for a general audience and should respect the rights and dignity of all individuals.

2. Use of Posted Materials

  • Marketing Materials: By posting content within our community, you grant Stupid Smart University the right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes but is not limited to: We will not use your content in a manner that is inconsistent with our community’s values and guidelines.
  • Website: Displaying content on our website.
  • Social Media: Sharing content on our social media platforms.
  • Advertising: Utilizing content in promotional campaigns and materials.

3. Membership Agreement

  • One-Time Payment: Membership in the Sunless Sorority is based on purchase for one of our course offerings. Your membership will commence on the date of sign-up and will continue in perpetuity.
  • Cancellation: To cancel your membership, please follow the instructions provided in the “Account Settings” section of our website or contact our support team at admin@stupidhappy.com.

4. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction with our program. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of completing the course.

  • All course materials, including printed materials and promotional items, must be returned in their original condition.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@stupidhappy.com, including your full name, date of purchase, and reason for the return.

  • Shipping costs for returned materials are the responsibility of the participant.

  • Apprenticeship: For the Apprenticeship Course Training and Program Stupid Happy LLC will not be 

Once all materials are received and verified, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. This guarantee applies to the full program offering and is designed to ensure that you are fully supported and satisfied with your learning experience.

5. General Provisions

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or through announcements on our platform. Continued use of the community following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you will lose access to the community and its resources.
  • Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the competent courts.
